Tracey Marshall
Tracy is a London based artist who has been painting professionally since 2003.
Her work is primarily still life and she mainly uses stretched canvas, although she has painted on wood. Tracy uses oil paints, as she loves the rich colours and textures they provide.
Although with sales to UK and international customers, including several commissions her work has also been displayed in and bought by a number of galleries. Her flower paintings have proved very popular. People have observed that the detail in her work can look quite surreal sometimes, with the different shapes occurring within the subject. One of her heroes is Salvador Dali, and perhaps his influence has crept into her work. She also admires Georgia O'Keefe's flower paintings and enjoys the sensual aspect of her work.
